In January 2005, Seth and Julie Wilson took the reins of the Chocolate Chicken becoming the fourth owners. They have also made the commitment to be faithful to the mission of the shop-"Simply the Best." They have updated the look of the store by creating a place where people can hang out and relax for awhile or just grab a quick latte, scone, or mouth watering piece of chocolate.
